Bug Report Exporting Files with Custom Presets

I am trying to use my custom presets I developed for exporting projects. For some reason, after the recent update, I can no longer select the custom presets. They show up in the drop down list, but when I click on one, nothing changes, and the original export setting remains in the box. 

I can create the export I want by manually changing all of the settings, but for some reason I can not recall the actual preset anymore.
