Bug Report Premiere Pro 14.5 update shortcuts

Just made the 14.5 update. Everything is working okay except my shortcuts: the Project panel is docked on the second monitor and when I have this panel active, no shortcuts work. When I activate the timeline panel or dock the project panel to the first monitor part of the UI suddenly all shortcuts work.

This behaviour started right after the update with it working earlier and nothing changed except the update!

Please patch this, as it is quite destructive for my workflow.
