bug when using some transition effects

video glitches when using a variety of transitions , here the cube spin transition does not behave properly even when rendered

No way of knowing how you've applied it ... to the video track, or probably the png track? And any other effects used ... ?

Did you try applying whatever you've done, nesting, then the cube spin?

Did you try adding the png as a graphic layer in the EGP, then trying the effect? Just another thought ...
