Bug with a keyframes

In the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro, there is an issue when placing keyframes. The last keyframe cannot be set on the final frame of the clip or timeline. Instead, one frame at the very end remains without a keyframe.

To place a keyframe on the final frame, it is necessary to resize the interface and make the panels/windows extremely narrow. Only then Premiere allows placing the keyframe on the last frame.

This behavior did not occur in previous versions of Premiere Pro.

Also, to make it easier to expand the keyframe area in the Effects Control Panel, make sure Pin to clip is deselected (go to about 0:37) here:

No its not a bug: the only this afaik has changed is the window does not jump to the next clip when setting keyframes beyond the border.
