Bug with source monitor floating window

I normally use Premiere with the floating monitor clip because I prefer this when editing.

Since some version there is a annying bug that prevent to show this floating window when I double click a clip to show it. It force to me to close Premiere and relaunch me. I cannot show it using the menu "Window".

This appears sometimes, but In the last version of Premiere (24.2.1) that bug is more pronunced and I have closed Premiere three-four times in a hour, because when close this window and try to reopen again, it don´t show up.

If there is a workaround, please say to me, thanks!
