BUGS Crashes, Errors messages, for months since update

Question

Where to begin? While the exporting problem seems to have been fixed with recent updates, after working for about two days fine, i can't get my project to load properly. Import errors, frame substitituion, 81, and 39 a lot, and many others. It crashs, and I can't get the video to show, if it works at all. I tried installing earlier versions, removing elements of Nvidia to all of Nvidia, clearing my media cache. Restarts.

What i don't get is why it seems to work fine, and when I've got it put together all but ready to export, then i save and quit for the night, and then it won't again load my project properly.

I just can't win, and I have a youtube channel that I'm trying to get monetized. Please respond, and help, because I have the system requirements. It just won't work, and I know I'm not the only one with this problem.

first off: backup everything and do more than 1, 2 versions of your project file

2. clean media cache

3. reset the preferences

4. delete render files (previews)

5. better edit on local drives and not external ones (externals for backups only)

try to import your old project into a fresh new one
