i have a separate mp4 video file and a separate subtitle file in the format of .pac

i have no problem to import the Video but i'm unable to with the subtitles file.

does anybody have a solution for that? i have the files only in .pac and unable to ask for another format.

thank you,

To convert it, you'd need software that can open it.  So we're back to you're doing the necessary research.

That format is not supported in Adobe software.  You will need to manually create either subtitles (normal titles positioned in the lower third), or Closed/Open Captions.

Or, you will need to use other software.

bummer... maybe on AF?

which softwares would you recommend?

I've never heard of that file format until your post.  Looking it over, I don't believe any Adobe software will work with it.  You'll have to do the research on what will.
