Camera Blur effect

Camera Blur effect is missing under the effects. anybody else has that same issue? I'm using a mac.

    It was removed from the Mac version.

    Use Gaussian Blur.

    I believe that was in the "obsolete" bin, which is old code they aren't updating. Ergo, code that won't work on the new Mac chips, so PeruBob's answer would be the thing you can do now.
