Question

Can anyone see why CC keeps crashing? Do I have a bad install on an add-on program?

Actually, he WAS trying to help ... and that is the official FAQ on getting help on this primarily user-to-user forum. NONE of us here are product team engineers, so a lengthy crash log tells us virtually nothing. But if we know a fair number of things, with the breadth and depth of knowledge available here, some of us can start drilling into your problem pretty quickly for most things.

So ... that's where the ol' OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM, the number-dot-number version of PrPro, the type & origin of media involved, whether you're using some of the heavy effects like Warp Stabilizer or Lumetri ... all this can get us way down the road in a hurry.
