Can Encore CS6 projects be saved to the Creative Cloud folder

For the purpose of sharing sharing a DVD project with view-only permissions, with someone that would want to see it and give their feedback on it.

I know they don't update Encore anymore(Would be awesome if they came out with another DVD authoring app though supported through CC), I have the CS6 version and the person I would share with has the CS5.5 version of the program on his machine.

I saw this page on the Adobe site: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries  Does this mean uploading and sharing Encore projects isn't supported or no, it is?

In general, how are projects shared with other users and applications though creative cloud? I haven't done it all but starting to see a need for it.

Since Encore was last updated before Adobe added Cloud sharing features, my best guess is you will need to manually upload your work to a Cloud site (Adobe's or some other file sharing service) and give the link to the other person

I have NO idea if a CS6 project file will open in CS5.5

Adobe did NOT decide to stop developing Encore, they were forced to stop due to licensing

CS6 is the final Encore, see #8 here for why http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1337952?tstart=0

Since Adobe has not put a team on writing a replacement (with all new code) since CS6 ended, I don't think that will happen
