Can I change resolution of adobe apps?

Hey guys,

I got two monitors with different resolutions one is in 1080p and the other one is n 1440p. Each time I drag the premiere or after effects window to my 1440p monitor the resolution stays in 1080p and it looks really blurry. In Photoshop e.g. I don't have that problem.

You know any way to fix it?
