Can I convert Premier Elements project files from a Window PC to Premier Pro on a Mac?

I am using Premier Elements on a Windows 10 PC. If I get a Macbook Pro using Premier Pro, can I open the PE project files in Premier Pro on a Mac?

    Short answer nope.

    You can only open an Elements project on a Windows machine.
