Can I download Adobe Premiere Pro on my curren Macbook

I want to download Adobe Premiere Pro on my Macbook. But I'm not sure if i can or not. It seems maybe that my macOS 10.13.6 might be to old.

Can someone tell me with certainty if i can or cannot download Premier Pro on my Mac?
