Can I open a Premiere CC project created on my PC with a Mac ?

Hi everybody,

I'm starting a new job in a company who wants to switch from Final Cut to Premiere. They work on Mac but on my personal computer I work on Windows.

I would like to know if it's possible for me to work on my PC and then give them the project on their Mac.

Any ideas ?

Thank you for your answer.

I guess it's necessary to keep the structure of the entire project and rushes, and that I have to duplicate the CC project for more safety. But I'm glad it's suppose to work :-)
