Can I open two instances of the same Program window in Premiere?

I am looking for a way to have two identical instances of the Program panel open at the same time.

One instance of the panel would be docked in the normal Premiere workspace while the second one would be open on a separate monitor. Does anyone know if this is possible?

The idea is that I dont need the Program panel to be very large as I am working in the timeline, but would like to be able to play through the footage on a larger display without having to rearrange the workspace.

@Digitalsam,

See display video on second monitor on this page:

Using the Transmit Out option in the preferences, you set which monitor is used. It gets a full screen view, not in a bordered window, of the image. And if you set a keyboard short for it you can pop it up anytime.

Mine is set to Shift-C.
