Can I please recieve support or contact from Adobe??? Lost projects after PrProj upgrade

Hi can someone please contact me as I have lost a huge project following the upgrade to 14.9 a few days ago. I also don't have the autosave files, and I've trawled through every part of my mac and drives.

FYI, my mac is looking at V14 - nothing appears to show up at 14.9.
