Can I select clip from other tracks with my keyboard?

Question

I usually do my work with so many tracks, and I want to change my selection of clip quickly with my keyboard.

Is there any shortcut for selecting clips from other tracks?

And, when I put many images on the timeline, is there any way to put images vertically? (not on a same track, but each tracks.)

Here's a hack for putting images on new tracks:

Select all your stills and also select a video clip (can be anything, just a dummy clip), and right click to create a new Multi-cam sequence. This will stack the video and all your stills on tracks inside the multicam clip. Then just copy and paste the stills from inside the milticam onto your sequence.
