I'm not a real big computer tech head, I have an older Mac running OS X 10.7.5. Can I still download a version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC that will run on my Mac?

You should be able to. The Creative Cloud desktop application lets you download versions of Premiere Pro going all the way back to CS6 (in other words, the last seven major versions). But according to John T Smith's link, the last version that supports OS X 10.7 is Premiere Pro CC, so you can use the Creative Cloud application to download that.

Premiere Pro CC started requiring OS X 10.8 or later with CC 2014; the last two versions require OS X 10.10 or later.
