can i update premiere pro cs5 to cs6?

Im having trouble with my shots that I neecd stabilize shots. but they dont have it on cs5? can i update it from cs5 to cs6?

    From a software standpoint, no.  CS5 and CS6 are considered different versions, so the latter will be an upgrade not an update.  This means two things.  First, you will need to pay for it, and second, the newer version will not replace the older version, but will be installed along side it.

    Having said that, CS6 is a bad investment.  Subscribing to the Creative Cloud is by far the better place to put your money.

    If you have Mac El Capitan/Sierra or Windows 10 don't even TRY to use CS6... it is 4 years old and not compatible
