Can I upgrade from Big Sur to Monterey 12.6 on M1 Mac Mini to run Premiere Pro CC 2022

Dear fellow users, newbie here. Kindly excuse my noob question. I am checking whethere is it recommended to upgrade from my current M1 Mac Mini on Big Sur 11.7 to Monterey 12.6? Any issues or problems after the upgrade?

I am on Adobe CC 2022 and I'm mostly using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022, After Effects and Photoshop.

I'm on M1 Mac Mini with 16GB Memory, currently running on Big Sur 11.7
