Can I upload Video Direct from Adobe premier Pro to my Vimeo account?

I am working on video creation by using Adobe Premier Pro. I want to upload my Adobe Project to vimeo account. Is there any option to add Adobe video to Vimeo. Kindly guide me in this regard.
