can no longer view explort preview at 1:1 in the new export tab

im trying to view my video preview frame at 1:1, full zoom, not stretch to fit, not scale to fit, but 1 to 1 pixels, 100 percent zoom. and the option is no longer there or im missing something drastic. how can i get this back. i need to compare different bitrates

When I click the Scale window dropdown list, bottom left of the Program monitor, where Fit normally sits visible, I have options from 10% through 400% ... you don't?

What's your top option there?
