can not create new sequence

Hi there,

I already dectivated an reaktivated Premiere Pro CS6.
I can not create a new sequence on existing projekts, neither I can create any sequence in any new project.

can please someone help?

Hi BR Ugur,

Is the option to create a new sequence not available or are you getting any error while creating a new sequence?

the option is available. It just happens nothing after clicking. The same throufh the project window as with File - New -. Sequence. The pop-up window with the settings for the sequence does not appear at all.
