Can Premiere Pro show db values of audio?

Hello,

I have a problem Im hoping Premiere Pro may be the tool for however, I have never used the program and know absolutely nothing about it.

What I am trying to accomplish is to take an audio recording of some housing noises I made in an m4a format and create a video recording of the playback of those recordings showing the sound levels db values...can Premier Pro accomplish this?

    This is a task best done in After Effects. There are a handful of tools to help you do this like Trapcode Soundkeys, but After Effects has a built-in plug-in called Audio Spectrum.
