Can someone please tell me where to find the "View" tab in Premier Pro??

Can someone please tell me where to find the "View" tab in Premier Pro?? I see others have it on their Youtube tutorials, but mine doesn't. It also doesn't have a "Safe Margins" feature.

You have to be careful watching youtube tutorials as to which version they are using for the tutorial.

To turn on Safe Margins display in the Program or Source Monitor, click on the wrench icon in the lower right corner and from the drop down menu choose Safe Margins:

or go the menu View > Guide Templates > Safe Margins:
