Can't Access Essential Graphics

When I open the essential graphics panel and attempt to insert a lower thirds graphic, all of the essential graphics folders are empty. I was able to access the essential graphics in these folders just a couple of months ago using the same program and same computer.

To be clear, when you first select the Browse tab, do you see all the folders that should be there? And if so, are all the others empty like the Lower Thirds folder?
