Can't access my networked storage (Microsoft Box) with the media browser

Hello all,

I work remotely with another editor and we keep our footage on Box (for now). When I import footage from Box, I can see the drive in my File>Import menu dialog box. However, if i want to use the media manager, the networked BOX drive isn't available or visible.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue. However, my current project is made up tons of RED footage. Due to the way they treat spanned clips whenever I import footage through "File>import" it brings in multiples of the same file. When the RED footage is on my desktop (or directly attached external drive) and I use the Media Browser to import, it only brings in one file. Now that my source files are uploaded to Box (and synced to be local on my machine), for some reason I cannot import them through the media broser. The Box drive jsut doesnt show up at all.

Can anyone point me into a direction or solution I might be missing? Thanks!
