Can't Add Clip to Timeline

Hello,

I am creating a sequence from multiple clips. I am then unable to add additional clips to the timeline. My source patching is set correctly (I think), and there are no in/out points set in my timeline. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your assistance @MarekMularczyk and @Peru Bob. I discovered the issue. My clip is already maxed out at 24 hours in length, so it will not allow me to add any additional clips.

If you are trying to put clips on V2, you need to select it.

V2 is not blue, so you can't put clips there.

Peru Bob,

I am not trying to insert onto V2, I am trying to insert before the current clip on V1.

Have you tried resetting Premiere preferences?

Hi,

Does it work if you try to perform Insert Edit or Overwrite Edit from the Source panel?
