Can`t add videos from my DJI drone to my Premiere CS6 project

When I try to add into my secquence in the project a video that i took with a DJY Mini 2 drone in 4K, it says:

"The file has no audio or video streams"

What can i do?

I am using CS6, i have the latest update on it! I have Windows 10 instaled.

please HELP!

Cant you create an update to suport this file format? even a simple app on
my android phone is handeling very well this video 4k files from my drone.
it is a same that Premiere does not! and in our actual times, a lot o pers
use drones and would be glad to manage to import those files directly in
premiere pro, without converting them..
I dont even have a program to convert...
Please create an update for that! thank you, and forgive my roudness

You did not answer my question, do you have Apple QuickTime installed?

Update really? CS6 is 14 years old and no longer supported.

Your android is less than a year old?

If you want a update, switch to CC
