Can't auto Sync audio
So, this is is really frustating. I can't use the synchronize by audio feature one some clips. I get the "Audio synchronize failure" - "Could not synchronize one or more clips in the current selections because match could not be found".
first thing goes first, I'm using the Premiere Pro 15.4.1 on a Imac 10.15.7.
The Clips that I'm trying to sync were shot on a sony a7III and recorded on a ZOOM H6.
the video file is 3840x2160 at 29,97 FPS 48000 Hz 16bit stereo
the audio file is 48000 Hz 16 bit stereo
I tried to sync by audio using the track 1/track 2 and mixdown setting, none worked.
I also tried to change audio chanels, none worked (I seriusly try all possible combinations)
I tried the boost the gain on the clips to match audio volumes, still not working
I tried to sync the clips on Final cut pro X, it worked.
I tried to sync audio file to video file from a other camera (nikon D810: 1920x1080 59,94 FPS, 48000 Hz 16 Bit), it worked
So I think Premiere is having problems matching the audio from the sony a7III file. first because e FCPX sync the clips withou any problem. Second because premiere sync the clip from Nikon camera but not from sony (video have diferent specs but audio is exact the same specs from sony).
Since the audio synchronize works by matching the audio wavefroms this really makes me confuse.
Can somebody help me please?
