Can't change my renderer on Macbook Pro

I was getting frustrated because of slow rendering on my mac, i searched so many tips that would improve my rendering speed, but this one was pain in as*, i can't even change my renderer, anyone can help me to find solution to this? i'm using macOS High Sierra and Adobe premiere pro CC 2019 v13

What is your exact Mac (e.g. MacBook, Mac Pro, iMac) are you using? And how old is it?

 

And when the renderer is locked to "software only," this usually indicates that either your GPU does not have enough VRAM in order to utilize GPU acceleration at all, or your GPU is too old.

If you're talking about GPU acceleration, then this option will not available on some graphic cards.
