Hi I am new to adobe and premiere, while working and doing exports i notice in performance i cannot switch from software enconding, it is greyed out saying, "hardware encoding is unavailable, please make sure this system meets hardware and minimum OS requirements for this funcionality" I tried looking if my pc can handle it and from what i looked it does, but you know information sometimes is outdated

I am running with a 2070 super
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
48 Ram

Windows 10

I dont know if you need more information, i tried updating drivers, i used GPUSniffer and it recognizes my GPU, any help or comments are welcome

Post screenshot export settings as not all settings are supported for hardware encoding such as vbr2.
Make sure you have the most current studio driver installed.

@S_Gans your link to the graphics card list is outdated and for 2023. It does not get updated anymore.

OP is running a nvidia 2070 super.

Hi. It would help to know what GPU you're using. Your CPU, OS and RAM do seem to meet all Premiere requirements, but even if your GPU is recognized, it may not meet Adobe's standards for hardware encoding. Please do update that information here. You may want to check this page too, to see if your GPU meets their requirements (https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/premiere-pro/system-requirements/2023.html#graphics-cards)
