Can't click any option in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi, I am encountering a problem in which I can't click any option of Adobe Premiere Pro. Everything goes fine while editing when suddenly options become unclickable.

    If you have nested audio in the timeline: delete.

    I had this exact same problem last year, and if I remember correctly, I just unplugged the mouse and plugged it back in and it solved the issue, did you try that?

    I remember it would work on all other programs but in Premiere it was like all of a sudden you couldn't click any of the menu bars but when you'd put your mouse over it you could tell that it was recognizing you were pointing on it...let me know if that fixes the issue because I 'm pretty confident it was that, but if not I do remember posting about it but I had a different username at the time and don't know if I could find the post...

    Please provide detailed specs of your system, including your storage configuration as well as your OS and version of Premiere

    First of all, its not too healthy to have 2 versions of PP, let alone 3.
    The issue is happening across all versions?

    I have the same problem when I nest two cuts with audio. The UI becomes very weird and sometimes non clickable.
    Is that a bug ?

    Does your UI work properly after deleting audio? Yes or no?
