Can't collect project

I'm encountering a very frusterating bug thats forcing me to have multiple edit files on my desktop and not allowing me to packup my edit for storage. 

Project Manager Error
"The following file could not be found during the Project Manager operation:"

The file plays back perfectly fine in the timeline and the render. It's not just this particular file it has a problem with, its about 100 after this point in the loading bar, which makes me think its just a software error at this point.

Any ideas of how I can get a fix for this?
