Can't delete Custom Preset Bins

I have some custom Preset that i need to delete. But the Delete button is grey out ( It never happen before). I only want to delete this exact Preset not the whole (Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset) file. Can anybody help or if this a bug than please fix.
