Can't drag or move anything video in the timeline

I can't move or drag on my video timeline, when I try dragging or moving a video clip inside a sequence it just won't move. But an unlinked audio can be moved but I can't on the video tracks. I tried doing it on different sequence but they don't have a problem at all.  When I tried moving it shows in picture what happens.

Tried:
Deleting media cache
Reset preference 

Also tried copying it all onto another sequence but it just won't copy anything at all.
