Can't duplicate sequence, cant copy contents of sequence, cant create new seq without freezing

Hi
I am currently working in Pr25.3 and all of a sudden my project just froze. The tabs up top just go blank or white.
Upon restarting i could get playback and scrolling but couldnt duplicate my sequence to start a new draft of my cut.
I tried copying all the clips to paste on a new sequence and it just freezes. I tried to create a new project to drag all the folders over but the same thing happens in a new project.
upon freezing the tabs on Premiere go blank or white.
I have since updated the gpu driver, tried to start Premiere holding the Alt key and reset all all preferences, deleted cache but i cant seem to move my work over to a new project without the old project crashing.
I have even rolled back to different versions.

PC Specs
Windows 11 pro
Intel Ultra 9 285k
MSI MEG z890 Godlike
96gb RAM
GTX 1060 6gb

Okay I think I have found the answer. The problem was between the chair and the keyboard. I'm using a 3rd party compressor plugin to level out dialogue audio.
Seems like it's too resource heavy to have on multiple clips.

It seems to be the last sequence that i was working on that seems corrupt.
So I have since unlinked the media to see if I can try save that sequence and exported it as a project.but both the original and the new projects are still giving issues.
It freezes and i have to end the task but sometimes crashes upon opening.
Sometimes you can open the project and scroll through that porblematic sequence but copying and pasting, "make subsequence" or duplication freezes the project. I tried opening them on different machines as well as different versions of Pr as well.

Are you getting a crash where Premiere shuts down completely? Or does it freeze and you have to force quit out? Are you restarting the Computer or just the program? We would like to take a look at the Project file you have that is giving you the issue. We can see if opening it up on another system it still has the same problems. What type of media are you using in the project? If you want to provide a few samples linked to the current project we can also utilize those to help understand what you are experiencing.
