can't export audio

Hello, I'm trying to export a video with the preset High Quality 1080p HD but when I click on export, it comes back to the edit window without doing anything.

The problem is caused by the audio because i can export the video when i mute the audio track

I tried to import the audio track with different formats but none of them are exportable (and i can't render the audio neither) and i restarted Premiere Pro.

I'm a beginner.

Ok I finally solved it. The problem was in the sequence settings (which had a sample frequence of 44.1 kHz instead of 48 kHz). I thought these settings were adapting automatically.

If your first clip has 44.1 so will your sequence settings be.

No I mean .wav instead of .mp3 or whatever.

My audio has the waveform. I think it is rather a problem with the format or the settings because it works with the audio of the original video but not with the new audio i'm trying to put.

Make sure your audio is wave.
