Can't export EDL, XML or AAF files

When I go to file > export XML (or EDL, or AAF), nothing happens. It lets me click on the menu button, but it doesn't export the XML, nor does it open up the window with options. All I'm exporting is about 20 ProRes .MOV files in my timeline with zero effects or adjustments made to them. The shots are 1080, so nothing crazy. The same issue when I try to export an EDL of just .WAV files. It lets me select EDL, but nothing pops up and it doesn't export.

If I open the same project file with my PC everything works fine, but for some reason, on the iMac I've lost these features. I tried reinstalling Premiere, trashing the preferences, and importing the sequence into a new project. Still no luck.
