Can't find "flip over" transition

I recently reinstalled Premiere Pro (v24.0) and I can't find the "flip over" transition? I can't find the folder (3D Motion) it's supposed to be in when I know I had it a year ago before I uninstalled Premiere. Is there something I'm missing?

Flip Over has long gone.

So has the 3d motion folder.

Try basic 3D instead

Oh I see... is there any way for me to get the effect back or find a similar effect?
