Can't Find Settings for Lumetri Color Tab

I'm trying to edit something for the settings of my Lumetri Color but can't seem to find it anywhere. I've been watching tutorials and see "edit" and "settings" as cateogries over the fx Lumetri Color dropbox but mine doesn't seem to have it. I'm using Premiere Pro for the first time in a while, and am completely lost as to why I don't have those buttons.
