Can't get image on secondary HDTV Monitor via Blackmagic

With my Imac connected via thunderbolt to a blackmagic box and the blackmagic box connected via HDMI to a HDTV monitor I haven't been able to get an image on the HDTV monitor. It stays black.

In Premiere: Preferences: Playback: Video Device: I can check the box "Blackmagic Playback" but nothing happens.

So far I had no problems having the same secondary monitor running on Avid.

What can be the issue?

I just uninstalled Blackmagic Desktop Video - reinstalled it - restarted the computer - restarted Premiere Pro - and lo and behold! I have moving image and sound on my secondary HD monitor. Such a different way to watch what you've edited. My life is so much easier now.

It's called 'Enable Transmit' and you already have it selected.

Is it possible that your sequence settings are not compatable with either the BM card or the monitor?

Premiere Pro works great with 3rd party hardware. I have the Intensity Shuttle.

Do you have 'Mercury Transmit' enabled both in the Preference/Playback menu and under the wrench menu on the program monitor?

It was and is enabled in the Preference/Playback Menu.
What is the wrench menu on the Program Monitor and how do you open it?

Sorry, English is not my native language. There is no option "Mercury Transmit" under the wrench menu on the program monitor.
