Can't get the latest Premiere versoin

Our school has a license to Creative Cloud and all the apps. I am using Premiere and got a Premiere file from an associate that I cannot open because it says it was created in a newer version of Premiere. He has version 13.1 and I only have 13.02. I tried updating my apps via the 3 dots in the upper right corner of CC, but there is no 13.1 available to update to and all is shows for other versions is 13.01 and 13.00. How can I get this installed so I can work on the project?

I also tried a direct download from the Adobe support website, but it's only version 13.0.

Looks like reinstalling Creative Cloud did the trick. Thanks!

Make sure that your OS is up to date for the latest version: https://helpx.adobe.com/se/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

I'm good there. It's a brand new Mac running Mac OSX 10.14.6.

What about the rest of the specs in the list?
