Can´t import footage do timeline and use text tool

Hey. Sudently my Premiere doesn´t let me import Adjustment Layers to the timeline and doesn´t let me type anything usind the Text tool.

I cann´t use Lumetri Color properly too, it just doesn't recognize the clips.

I have premiere and my pc updated, i don´t know why this started to happen but it´s driving me crazy.

Anyone has the solution to this?
