Can't keyframe a linear animation. Linear animations have "velocity" or "curves"

Question

I have a large image overlay and I'm scaling it very large and then animating it scaling smaller. I only have 2 keyframes and they are set to linear but the animation "ramps". It is slower at the beginning and very fast at the end.

How can I keyframe animations inside Premiere Pro to just be linear and straight forward? I'm seeing this across my animations.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.
