Can't load presets intro Premiere Pro CS6

I've downloaded some presets that I need to make some transitions in Premiere Pro CS6, but just a few of them install themselves, all the presets are free to use and the guy on the video doesn't present any problems installing it, I've searched in the whole internet for a solution, yet I've found none. Please help
