Can't Move Clips in Premiere Pro

Hello!
Recently, I've been facing a problem where I can't seem to move my clips around the premiere pro time line (I can add clips just fine).

There aren't any problems with my Mac, and I've tried rebooting the computer.

note- I can't take a screen shot of what the cursor is showing me, because it becomes a. part of the selected screenshot frame.

I have the same problem.

Legend

One thing you can check is Track Keyframes. If they're showing, you won't be able to select clips for moving.
