Can't open .CFA file, help!

I googled it and everyone is saying Adobe Premiere is the one that opens it, but it doesn't even do ANYTHING.

I try importing it in Audition and I'm getting this error:

"

Error: Media Foundation reported an error when opening the file. The byte stream type of the given URL is unsupported."

CFA files are nor video nor audio files but rather auxilliary files (audio conform files).

Hence the error.

Where did you get those files?
