Can't open my premiere pro projet / Message saying "Un problème inconnu s'est produit"

Hello I can't open my premiere pro project. A message says "Un problème inconnu s'est produit". 

 

There is the same problem with my last auto-save. 

 

How can I open the project ?

    • Can you provide your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
    • Does it happen with a specific project?
    • Have you tried opening your project on a fresh new project?
