Can't open project eventhough I got the latest version of premiere

Hi folks,

yesterday I was working on a 2019 iMac and the newest version of premiere. Today I want to open that project file on my 2015 Macbook Pro running on mojave 10.14.4 and Premiere 13.0 (Build 225). I can't open the file. Premiere stating "this project was saved in a newer version of adobe premiere pro". Now I checked my Creative Cloud for updates. There no update available for Premiere. I checked this a hundred times. When I go now on Premieres Website, I can see that there has already been released a 13.1 version of it. Unfortunately I can't download that version in my CC Software on my mackbook. How can install this version manually?

But please, let's keep working on fixing the update issue.

HI Ann. Thank you. I can't uninstall Creative Cloud because of the error message "There are still apps on this computer, that require Creative Cloud. You can't uninstall Creative CC". The only thing I can do is hit OK.

Try just reinstalling

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application lists uninstalled Adobe apps as up to date
